Hey guys here are the details for the night hike tomorrow!

Team C & Team D - 2200
JK's tips: Try to reach like 15 mins earlier if possible!
Venue:
Cafe in MacRitchie Reservoir
JK's tips: It will be good if the leaders can liase together and maybe meet up at a common place before heading out? From what I know, the J2s are having dinner (and maybe supper) together so you guys might want to join them? (Thanks Jia Ying for having the initiative to get the required information from me first!)
Attire:
-Night hike shirt (given on the day itself)
-Track pants
-Shoes (STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TO WEAR TRACK SHOES AS I BELIEVE YOU GUYS WILL BE RUNNING ALOT.)
Things to bring:
-Poncho/raincoat
-Flashlight + spare batteries
-Whistle
-Insect repellent
-Water (1.5l -2l)
-Mobile food (Chocolate, energy bars etc.)
-$10 cash (optional)
JK's tips: What I suggest is for you guys to meet up before hand and maybe pool in some money to buy water and mobile foods like Natue Valley's Granola Bars (Trust me you will be hungry.) Please bring all the things required so as not to let your team down!
Some rules to note:
-Every group has a facilitator. Please listen to him/her at all times.
-No usage of mobile phones (GPS) allowed.
-No usage of any vehicles.
In case of wet weather, event might be postponed so pray hard it wouldn't rain etc.!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU GUYS GO! HAVE FUN AND WIN IT! :D

History
NY ODAC was established in 1978 and was formerly known as OAC. The motto of OAC was
"The experience is YOURS".
During that time, OAC focused more on discipline and was more regimental as compared to the current ODAC. Mrs Koh was the teacher-in-charge then.
Furthermore, 4 marine groups, namely Blue Whale, Dolphin, Marlin and Stingray were initiated in the early years of OAC.
In 2003, Mr Thaddeus Lawrence took over the 1st ODAC. The 1st ODAC is also known as the 25th OAC and has a strength of about 20.
Mr Lawrence took part in the Sahara Desert Run in July 2009.
The motto of ODAC is
"Challenge your limits". As an odacian,we strive to explore and push our limits, be it physically or mentally, especially when participating in outdoors activities.
In addition, all odacians adhere to the following 8 qualities:
Commitment
Determination
Discpline
Integrity
Responsibility
Nature Appreciation
