Important Information mentioned during Storecleaning.
1) Peak Siah and Kelvin are the newly appointed Medic and Treasurer respectively. I sincerely apologise for this. We have to appoint one simply because we need to submit the names for the letters of appointment last month. This is clearly against the tradition of the NYODAC and i sincerly apologise for that. Anyone with serious objections with the newly elected members please look for me personally. I hope that the rest of the ODACians will accept them. Thanks
2) Upon recieving your results. Please note that if u do not pass all 3 or 3 out of 4 H2 subjects in your combination. You would be banned from planning all forms of activities and taking part in any term activities. You will also be banned from morning PTs on Monday and Fri no officials PTs. People who are banned are not allowed to organise or take part in outings within the ODAC club. However they must still attend Wednesday PTs. Those who do not abide by such rules will be sacked by Mr Ong himself personally.
3) Everyone is to bring $4.10 to pay for the ODAC badges tomorrow.
4) Some rules and regulations. Please note that for any member who do not turn up for trainings 3 times without any VALID reasons will be automatically removed from our club this includes the EXCO members. PLEASE also note that you have to keep your SATURDAYS free from commitments as we need those days for planning of activities or any term activities. I have to regrete this and say that those who cannot abide by this aspect of our Club will have to leave under the order of Mr Ong. Mr Ong will also monitoring our attendance so be sure that the above process will be fair.
5) Those who did not turn up for Store Cleaning are expected to pass me an excuse letter by their parents or any figures of authority. Please include the handphone number of the person certifying your letter and his or her signature.
6) Those who are not taking part in the MIZUNO Wave Run on 22nd of July are expected to take part in a CIP project involving the World Guiness Record of most number of people wearing balloon hats at a certain time. More information will be provided on the next PT.
7) Please note that Morning PT is still on tomorrow. Permission has been granted by Mr Ong. This will be last morning PT for this term for those who going to be banned. Same time, same location. Please wear your house T-shirt.
